Once In A Blue Moon is a first floor apartment in a two story house located in the charming Old West Side of Ann Arbor. Guests of Once In A Blue will have a private entrance and exit. There is a second floor apartment above this unit. We're 2 blocks from the Michigan Football Stadium and 5 blocks from downtown Ann Arbor. Many excellent restaurants, bars, and stores all within 5-10 minute walk. Once In A Blue Moon is a first floor apartment with City Gem, a second floor apartment above it. All guests will have separate entrances, exits and patio space. There is easy access to public transportation and walking distance to popular bars, shops, and restaurants, this home is the perfect getaway for those seeking a tranquil space in Ann Arbor's Old West Side. This cozy home away from home has original hardwood floors throughout, open concept living area, eat in kitchen, enclosed bathroom, wrap around porch, back patio, and one designated parking spot. The Kitchen is equipped with a electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. As well as being fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and silverware. The private bedroom has a full size bed, desk, dresser and closet. There is a large living room with a sofa, two chairs and 40inch smart TV. In the dining room there is a large table for you to have your U of M student over for a home cooked meal. There is easy access through the dining room to the large wrap around deck, a perfect spot to have morning coffee, dive into a good book or enjoying cocktail hour. Our home is a two story 1920's historic home. The 1st and 2nd floors are separate apartments each with a private entrance and private patios. All Once In A Blue guests will have access to the 1st floor apartment only. We have a convenient lock box on the door for easy exit. We typically meet guests for check-in. I will be easily accessible during your stay via texting. The Old West Side is full of historic homes and one of the cutest neighborhoods in town. The neighborhood is a beautiful, tree lined area just a short walk to Washtenaw Dairy, Jefferson's Market, amazing parks, bars, cafes, wine shops, restaurants, historic movie theaters, art galleries and boutiques. You can walk right to the famous Ann Arbor Art Fair (happens annually in July) and many other annual events! We are just 2 blocks away from the Michigan Football Stadium, minutes away from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan Campus. Come experience Ann Arbor like a local! : ) Most attractions are very accessible from our house on foot. Public transportation, taxis, Uber and car rentals are all available. WE HAVE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY! During football games we will be parking our yard and driveway for fans attending the game. We will start parking the yard 2 hours before the start of the game. NO PRE-GAME OR TAILGATE PARTIES ALLOWED!
