The most amazing part of this unit is that even from the high floor the turquoise water is so clear you can occasionally see Manatees, rays, big schools of fish, and sometimes even Dolphins swimming below. We just got done renovating the entire apartment. - 1 Queen Size bed (60"W x 80"L) with brand new linens provided; - 1 Sofa Bed - 52 inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and TIVO HD service 500 channels; -WIFI - Internet Free (Unlimited); -Fresh Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths provided; -Beach Towels Provided; -Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella; - Can Zipperless COOLER; - Safety; -Basic kitchenette with bar sink and medium size refrigerator; - Microwave and Electric Toaster Oven; - Keurig K-Cup® coffee system; -Toaster, and blender to make some tropical drinks. -Door Combination lock; - Vacuum for quick cleanup; -Iron, Iron board - Hairdryer -Rainfall Shower - Shampoo/conditioner/ body wash -Baby Crib (Available upon request) Guest access Guest will have full access to the building (hotel) including: - Free Valet Parking for (1 car per unit); - Free and direct access to Beach no streets to cross; - Free and direct access to the onsite Pool; - Free access to Fitness Center; - Free access to the Tennis Court (make your reservation whit security – Lobby); - 24 hours security; - Tiki bar by the pool area with reasonable prices; - Ability to receive packages before arrival (Please ask for instructions once you are confirmed); - Shopping in the Lower Lobby which includes, Russian and Turkish bath, Convenience store, Tourist Information and Restaurant. Other things to note You will be register at the hotel - Age minimum to book is 21. * The free valet Parking sometimes runs a little slow during rush hours. So please be patient and remember that its free! * Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. SWIMMING POOL/ BEACH The pool is located one floor below the Lobby Level (LL) and at the south side of the building You may access the beach through a gate located behind the pool area, when returning from the beach you must dial a code: 432 at the same gate. For your convenience you will find 4 BEACH/POOL towels inside the unit, please do not use the white towels, they are only for use inside the apartment. If you use the Beach Towels, chairs, umbrella please treat them with care and bring them back to the apartment. SPA The building has a spa named “Russian and Turkish Bath" it is located one floor below the Lobby level. The Spa is not included in the rate and must be paid directly if you want to enjoy it. GYM The gym is located on the mezzanine floor (M) and the code of the door is: 5020. The hours are from 6am to 11pm. TENNIS The building has a tennis court which can be used safely and free of charge, you must wear the appropriate clothing and shoes, it is recommended to reserve the court previously with the security in the front desk. LAUNDRY The building has a laundry room located on the lower level (below the Lobby Level) in the northern section of the building. Wash and Dryers will cost $ 1.75 for each load and you must bring the card wash (it is inside the safety). Also, bring your own laundry detergent. Note: Also at the same lower level, you may find some companies which offer laundry services at a moderate cost.
