Description
The stone house from the end of the 18th century, immersed in the greenery and quiet of the village, has a garden of about 200 meters shared with the property . Finely and recently renovated , it is located in a picturesque little Tuscan village. By car you can reach Lucca, Pisa, Florence, the beaches of Versilia and take long hikes in the woods, hiking, biking or the thermal baths of San Giuliano. The perfect spot from here to explore Tuscany. The space The House of Camellias is a stone house of the end of '700 on three floors with 6 bedrooms with its own private bathroom, finely renovated. Entering, on the ground floor, a large dining room with unique table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a small living area with TV and fireplace, bathroom and laundry area. On the first and second floors there are 6 bedrooms of 4 or 2, with their own private bathroom and desk. Two of these rooms have a small living room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners . The outdoor garden is used as a relaxation area, with sun loungers, or if time permits you can eat outside. Guest access Guests have access to the exclusive entrance and residence as well as a garden of about 200 m2 shared with the property. Occasionally ( Lucca Comics & Games) you can rent the individual rooms, all with private bathrooms, instead of the whole house. In this case, guests will not have access to the kitchen and laundry room. Other things to note For linens there is a weekly change, in the event of a longer stay or daily cleaning needs are possible, with an extra cost before arrival. If some of you want to learn a particular regional or Italian dish, our chef will also be able to come on site with short notice and with a little extra to be agreed upon based on the participants from time to time.
