Casa Milos Traditional Villa 190 m to the beach

Please read carefully the house description. As a traditional house it has an old style peculiar bedroom's disposition. Located in the fishermen village of Votsi at 190 m from the beach in the beautiful Votsi bay. Walking distance to family tavern The space This is a traditional Villa in a quiet corner of the charming fishermen's village of Votsi in Alonnisos. It is composed of two completely separate houses. It is located at 190 meters from the beach, really at a walking distance. A great place to stay with your kids. It is also really close to the blue cave and some very good family taverns. There is a small supermarket accessible by foot as well. Carved wood and local stones, among other traditional materials, provide a very cosy ambient internally, while rosemary and lemon trees, perfume your relaxing moments in the 2 terraces. The entrance of the building consists of a wide patio with external tables, ideal for your breakfast or socialising moments. The Groundfloor villa hosts up to 8 people (2 of them must be kids, because the mezzanine bedroom is suited only for kids). Disposition of spaces: • Living room, kitchen and internal patio: The main entrance of the house leads into a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The walls combine stone and wood and there is a corner fireplace. A few stone built steps lead to the kitchen and the internal patio. This stone terrace, has builtin stone benches for comfortable sitting providing an ideal place for your breakfast, your siesta or your evening relaxation. From the living room you access the main bathroom, the ground floor bedroom and the stairways for the two upstair bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven which has two large cooktops and two smaller ones as well. There are 4 bedrooms. Disposition of bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 (one double bed) & Bedroom 2 (two single beds) are on the first floor and are connected by a small corridor. To access Bedroom 2 you need to walk through Bedroom 1 and there are no doors between them, as it was common in the old style houses. Both have access to a tiny, low ceiling upstairs toilet (no shower). • Bedroom 3 (one double bed) & Bedroom 4 (low ceiling mezzanine with two single beds): Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and has a wooden stairway that gives access to Bedroom 4, a cozy low ceiling mezzanine. To access Bedroom 4 you need to climb the stairs through Bedroom 3 and there are no doors between these two bedrooms as it was common in traditional houses. Due to the low ceiliing Bedroom 4 is indicated only for children. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment and its facilities.
