Please ask for a quote if you wish to stay less than 7 nights. LIVING AREA: Simple, with clean modern lines and a hint of old world charm. The living area is open plan with the kitchen and dining area to either sides of the main relaxing space. A couch for 2 sits in front of the flat screen TV and large coffee table. There is a comfy antique reading chair with reading lamp and a lovely lilac wall to soften the mood. A mix of original artwork, and Chagall reproductions bring originality and colour to the décor. The Entertainment system includes a 3D flat screen TV with eye glasses for 4, cable with English News channels, DVD blue ray player, WiFi, and phone for free international phone calls. There is an air conditioning unit with remote control. The sofa can be transformed into a double bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably. KITCHEN: All new and equipped with a full sized Fridge with a smaller sized freezer, ceramic stovetop hob, oven and microwave. No dishwasher. The dining area is off on its own with a breakfast buffet area and an antique dining table with seating for 4. There is a separate laundry and utility room, which includes a washing machine, no tumble dryer. There is both hanging space outside and a clotheshorse to dry laundry. BEDROOMS: Romantic, airy and delightfully colourful the bedroom is a retreat for sore eyes and feet! A luxurious headboard in Louis XV style, with the loveliest French grey velvet, decorates the British King sized bed of 160cm. There is a closet with hanging and drawer space for two, 2 bedside tables, reading lamps and an antique make-up table with mirror. There are no shutters, but owners have placed double sets of curtains in order to enjoy late mornings in on your holiday. There is an air conditioning unit. BATHROOM & WC: In a glossy deep purple the brand new shower room is stunning. There is plenty of storage space for personal belongings, a towel warmer and a lovely walk-in shower with rain head and handheld shower. The toilet is found in a separate WC room for privacy. Guest access This home will be yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more. When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management. So a 1 night stay will be much higher per night, than a 6 night stay. But a 6 night stay will only be slightly higher than the normal per night stay for a week. This allows for the works to be covered, but as well allot something to the owner for the actual rental stay and their costs i.e. electricity, water, etc. Please contact us for a quote. All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc. Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure. Baby equipment available at an additional rate.
