This 430 sq. ft. under air cottage has a newly installed Ultraviolet Germicidal Air Purifier which reduces germs, viruses, and bacteria, making the inside air you breathe healthier. We are pet friendly, for friendly pets, and everything is refreshed - the paint, beach decor, sheets, mattress, towels, pots and pans, toaster oven, hot plates, crock pot, pannini maker, utensils, dishes. ! It boasts a new outside grill, hammock, and space to eat outdoors as well as inside. Outside guests can enjoy the private yard space, gardens, grill, hammock, table and chairs, and wicker rocker. Inside you have access to a smart t.v., washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus a large refrigerator and lots of options for food prep, minus a traditional oven. This cozy cottage is located on our property. We will be available by text, email, or phone call, but your privacy will be happily respected.. We are located in a beautiful residential area right off a main street full of interesting places to visit - restaurants, thrift stores, hair salon, AND THE FAMOUS JUPITER DONUTS! (seriously!)
