Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled vacation, this condo can offer both! The beautiful river view and peaceful atmosphere will surely provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for any guest. This condo is located in the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge on the Tennessee river but it's just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. Downtown has so much to offer for everyone in the family. A few of our favorite places to visit include the Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, The Art District and Hunter Art Museum, Chattanooga, Zoo, Rock City Zipline, and Ruby Falls! Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, free kayak and paddle board rentals, swimming, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We are a riverfront community so you will most likely bump into other vacations during your stay! Just a few miles from us is the famous “Suck Creek” (insert Johnny Cash song here). It has beautiful swimming holes with crisp mountain water and awesome boulder jumping. We are just a few miles from Prentice Cooper State Forest, Middle Creek Hiking Trail and Tennessee Wall climbing. The living room is cozy and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for preparing meals. The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable bed with soft linens that will ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is modern and clean with all the necessary amenities. The porch is a stunning place to see the sun rise and set, listen to nature around you and take some much needed rest. We are a community property with shared space. Don't be afraid to say hello to other families you may meet! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use for a $20.00 fee per vacation rental (May-Oct). We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat over 20ft, we do not have enough parking. We are always available to help with suggestions on where to eat or play outside. I live onsite and do business from my apartment! I have assistants and my co-host onsite Monday - Friday 10-5 pm. We will most likely run into you at some point! We are a river front property in the Tennessee River Gorge only 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! The Tennessee River Gorge is the most beautiful part of Chattanooga, filled with outdoor adventures dreams, hiking, fishing, and so much more. If you are planning to bring a dog, we request that you take your dog with you when you leave for extended periods of time if it has the tendency to bark excessively while you are gone. If you are planning to bring a fishing boat please let us know so we can direct you to the best parking!
