Sea Belle The space Enjoy this gorgeous, ocean-front home for your next getaway to the shores of Maine! This home is located right on the water so you won't be far from the beautiful sounds of crashing waves and it offers ocean views from every room. The home has a fully equipped kitchenette for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for dining. There is a private gas grill outside and a fire pit for some s'mores during the summer! Stay connected with the free WiFi and cable TV during your stay as well! Located right on Pebble Beach, you might not want to leave during your stay! In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the huge tidal pool playground at low tide, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, hunting, and fishing off the rocks (be sure to wear some water shoes when doing this!). The home provides a great view for 4th of July fireworks and you'll be sure to catch some gorgeous views of the stars as well. The home is located just a short walk away from the Short Sands Beach and downtown where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. The Cape Neddick Park is about a mile away from you! Things to Know Kitchenette equipped with fridge & stove Guest access The primary lockbox is attached to the front door handle. If you're locked out, a backup lockbox on the back door handrail contains a key. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am. If an early check-in or late checkout becomes available, you'll receive an email or text message with the offer. Other things to note The cottage is oceanfront on a rocky shore with a public beach nearby on Central Ave. A gas fireplace and mini-split air conditioning in the living room provide heating and cooling. The mini-split keeps you comfortable year-round. From May through September, you'll have access to seasonal amenities including a fire pit (wood not provided, weather permitting), outdoor furniture, and a gas grill. Complimentary start-up amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. Additional supplies are your responsibility during your stay. All linens, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with backups available in the unit. Both smart TVs (living room and master bedroom) are available - please use your own login credentials for streaming apps.
