Many of LA's famous attractions are within a short drive, and getting to them is easy since the 101 freeway is two minutes drive from the property. The living room includes plenty of natural lighting, with large glass sliding doors that allow easy access to the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Off the side of the kitchen you'll find an informal dining area (breakfast nook) that can be used for quick meals, a home office or socializing. The formal dining area includes a beautiful solid wood table that's extendable to fit everyone comfortably. Lighting is most rooms is dimmable to allow you to control the ambiance. Each bedroom sleeps two people. They feature comfortable Sealy mattresses, a closet, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, TV with Netflix and and plenty of natural light. There are three main bedrooms on one side of the house. One bedroom features a king sized bed with a desk. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin sized beds. The fourth (main) bedroom is located on the other side of the house. It's a large studio suite that includes a full bathroom, dining table, two sleeper sofas and a kitchenette - it can be accessed through the main house or through it's own entrance. The property is fully fenced and includes a grass side yard, backyard patio with outdoor dining, and secure gated carport. ____________________________________________________________________ Guest access You'll have private access to your entire area inside and outside the property, including the backyard and side yard. _____________________________________________________________________ Other things to note There's a private guest suite attached to the property that MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT be occupied. The only shared space between the main house and guest suite is the laundry room. Otherwise, both have complete privacy - you have no access to their property, and they have no access to yours. Following booking we verify identity to ensure we're hosting the person who has booked. Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs. Fireplaces can only be used for longer term stays. If you want to use fireplaces for shorter stays, please ask for permissions and note there will be a small additional cleaning fee charged at the end of your stay. Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones. Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
