This year round beach house is located in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine in the Footbridge Beach neighborhood. The house has all beach necessities such as beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, etc. making life easy with a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 3,000 sq. ft. house was built in 2004 and includes all the amenities you could need, such as a modern kitchen and in-law suite located downstairs. The house comfortably sleeps 11 guests and has parking for up to 4 cars. The space My family and I have been vacationing in Ogunquit since 2006 and have fallen in love with the beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and neighborly people. We now use this property primarily as a rental property but still reside in town, which makes me available for any questions or concerns you may have.
