There is room to work from home and areas for walking on nearby National Park Battlefields. This is a Perfect Home for Large Groups looking for a getaway. The home is centrally located and features a hot tub, grill, campfire ring and large yard. All amenities like bikes, canoes, kayaks, and rafts are available at River Riders next door for a fee. The space Our home has a large yard with an outdoor campfire ring which is a perfect gathering space for groups. We also have a hot tub in a semi-private covered back porch and a nice sized patio with a gas grill and seating for everyone in your group. Guest access Remodeled historic home Other things to note There may be a 3 or more night minimum over all Holiday Periods and other peak times. We provide all linens and towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper products including paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Firewood is for sale at River Riders. Refunds will not be given because of a routine mechanical failure of any device in the home. While we regularly maintain the homes, things break. We will make every effort to repair any item as quickly as possible, but we will not offer refunds for the failure of a device or amenity in / at the home.
