We do have a small apartment and office downstairs with a separate entrance that is not part of the upstairs rental. We do have family stay in the apartment at times throughout the year. If the apartment will be occupied during your stay we will let you know as soon as we find out. The only shared space item would be the washer and dryer but you will have preferential use. We offer bicycles for your use on the island. You can also take the island trolley which runs from Bonita Springs to South Fort Myers for a very small fare. Dog friendly home for a fee of $150 per stay. Sorry, no cats allowed. The house is a 3-4 minute walk to the sand. We have adult-sized and kid-sized bikes that you’re welcome to use, a tent, portable grills, coolers. beach chairs and toys, and a beach wagon. If you use the on-site or portable grill and/or bikes please clean them after use. Failure to do so could result in a $150 cleaning fee.
