Our priority is clean, comfortable environment. This place is located in a prime location of Siesta beach and town. Just 3 min walk to the beach and to the center of all restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Siesta offers whitest crystal sand, tropical breeze, beautiful, blue water. You can use upper and lower decking, parking spaces, entire apartment and lanai as you wish. Please be respectful and clean. From the porch. The key is inside the key lock box on the front door. We have only 2 parking spaces at the apartment for you. I make myself available any time. We are right in the center of Siesta Town, with great restaurants, shops, entertainment . We are almost right on the beach. You can leave your car in the apartment space , because everything is within a walking distance. Parking at Siesta is very difficult to find and you have a luxury, that is always there for you. Please keep the place clean, just like it is. Use downstairs , first floor deck , water hose to rinse yourself from the sand , before you enter the apartment. At the check out , strip the beds and put the laundry in the washer. Leave the key inside the apartment.
