The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers a large open living space, a glass block bar with seating for 6, a Jenn-Air cooking island, in the middle of a fully equipped kitchen and a huge deck with an outdoor table with seating for 8. The Beach House on Treasure Island is a perfect retreat for couples and families. The expansive fenced-in deck allows you to relax at home while still taking advantage the salty sea air. Enjoy happy hour on the deck at "The Sand Bar" before making your way over to the beach to watch the sunset! A comfortable, convenient, and classic Treasure Island beach house—ideal for families, couples, and long‑term guests. Guest access Entire home Other things to note The back side of my home faces Gulf Boulevard, which is the road that runs North to Clearwater Beach and South to St. Pete Beach. Although my house is completely fenced, the road noise may bother some people. Light sleepers may benefit from ear plugs. Although I don’t allow pets, I have a dog that stays at my house when I do. I clean my home very well but wanted to let you know in case anyone has severe allergies. I have a gas grill and sometimes the gas may run out. I have a spare gas bottle but sometimes both may be empty. If you want to use the grill, you will have to get a refill which costs about $20. If you email me the receipt, I will reimburse you immediately. I have outdoor cameras for security purposes.
