Then Roman and I invite you to stay at our home in a unique setting in the tranquil hills of Beachwood Canyon, right in front of the Hollywood Sign, with spectacular views of the Hollywood Hills including Griffith Observatory, the Downtown Skyline, and the Hollywood Sign, yet only 5 minutes from the heart of buzzing Hollywood in close proximity to all your tourist needs and sights. Our home is a large, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, private HOUSE (not apartment) surrounded by gardens, decks, and patios. This listing is for the WHOLE ENTIRE HOUSE CONFIGURATION of the house including exclusive use of all 3 bedrooms - the Avalon Bedroom, the Blvd Bedroom, and the Venezia Bedroom, and both bathrooms. You can also choose from other configurations of this house to suit your needs and the size of your group: one or two individual bedrooms with shared use of the rest of the house with us, or exclusive use of the whole entire house and surrounding yards (whereby we move out during your stay). The house has a very large, fully equipped kitchen; a well-appointed dining room; a large living room complete with a 4K Home Theatre -- 85" 4K TV, including all the streaming channels, Dolby and DTS Surround, and a 4K Blu-Ray (NTSC and PAL !); a sitting area around the fireplace and piano; 2 full bathrooms (a guest bathroom suite with separate commode room and shower area, and a master bathroom); and a huge front deck for outdoor dining and luxury lounging with breathtaking, sweeping vistas of Downtown, the historic Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory, and the Hollywood Sign! Bedroom #1, "Avalon," has a queen-sized bed, a desk complete with a Roku HDTV/monitor with all the streaming apps and a Blu-Ray player, and offers panoramic views from the windows and the French doors that open onto the front deck providing the aforementioned sweeping views from both outside and inside the bedroom. There is an armoire and some drawers for your clothes. There is an additional single bed available for an additional charge. Bedroom #2, "Blvd," has a queen-sized bed, and a desk complete with a printer. Bedroom #3 "Venezia," where we normally reside, has a king-sized bed, and yet another Home Theatre in Dolby Surround including a 65 " HDTV with the streaming apps. Included in any of the configurations: All linens and towels, blackout shades and curtains in each bedroom, full use of the kitchen facilities, use of clothes washer and dryer, SUPERFAST high speed internet (700meg download and 25meg upload) via wall jacks or Wi-Fi. You’ll be in a private house and garden in the fairy-tale realm of the Hollywood Hills, under the Hollywood Sign, on a quiet, picturesque mountain road, where deer eat fruit off the trees. Up the hill a few blocks is the Beachwood (that you might have heard of in the Harry Styles song); and within walking distance at the base of the hill is a village with all kinds of great bistrots and restaurants, and just a few blocks further is the cosmopolitan urban center of Hollywood and Vine including the Pantages theatre, Amoeba (thelargest record store in the world), and subway access to Downtown, Pasadena, Chinatown, Universal Studios, to name a few. So many of the major tourist attractions are right here in Hollywood and its immediate area (a tour of the Dolby Theatre where the Academy Awards are, the footprints in cement at The Chinese Theatre, the Griffith Observatory and Museum, Griffith Park and the LA Zoo, the many fantastic restaurants and nightclubs, the Pantages Theatre for a Broadway Show, the Grove and historic Farmers Market, the Movie Studios, the Academy of Motion Pictures Museum, LACMA, and other great museums, etc.), AND the location is equidistant to all the rest of the points of Greater Los Angeles: west to the Beaches (Santa Monica especially the promenade and Santa Monica Place, Venice, Malibu, Laguna with its Art Walk, etc.), Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive, the Getty, etc.), West Hollywood, etc.; south to Downtown, the Disneyland Resort (Disneyland Park, California Adventure Park, and Downtown Disney), Catalina Island, etc.; north to Universal, Warner Bros, Magic Mountain, Outlet shopping, etc...
