The apartment has been recently renovated - you'll find that the space is cozy, clean and filled with natural light. Private entrance, queen bed, dining/work space and fully appointed kitchen in an amazing Chicago neighborhood. Plenty of free street parking and an easy walk to public transportation, incredible food, music and shopping. Perfect home base for experiencing all that Chicago has to offer! The space Our house is a classic Chicago brick two flat. The building has gone through significant renovation, but we have worked hard to maintain much of the original charm and craftsmanship. Our street is quiet but you're just steps away from all sorts of activity. Guest access The space is entirely yours during your stay. We've attempted to anticipate anything you might need, but we're just downstairs in the event that we've overlooked something. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked: pans, dishes, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc. We have a smart tv (hulu, netflix, amazon) and the WIFI signal is strong. The bathroom has shampoo, toiletries and a hair dryer. If you end up with laundry, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the apartment. We have a small backyard with a fire table and chairs - you are more than welcome to hang out back there in the warmer months (we might ask you to join us for a cocktail!) Other things to note We have a little dog (Hattie) that lives with us downstairs. You won't cross paths with her because the entrance to the apartment is private, but she will be very interested in saying "hi!" if she gets the chance! Please let us know if you hear her barking (or our two teenagers fighting!) and we'll hush everyone up. Sometimes they forget that we have guests upstairs! Registration Details R24000116725
