Our house is walking distance from the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach.This area is sought after because its so close to everything, but yet private & low keyed.The restaurant Tiki Bar & Grill is open 365 days a year & its right on the Yacht Club Beach. They have live music every night. Next to the Tiki Hut there is a pier where the fishing goes on all hours of the day. Often, you will see dolphins swimming & playing. There is also public tennis & racket ball courts, kids covered playground. Along with the play ground, there is also an olympic sized swimming pool and kitty pool at the yacht club....... We are a 20 minute drive to Sanibel Island, and 20 minute drive to FT Myers Beach....... We have done a lot of work to our house to keep it looking crisp. As you can see my house is bright and vibrant.....with a tricked out kitchen made for entertaining! The outdoor space has seating for 8, wifi speakers, and a grill with propane. I take every guest that stays at my house very personal. I have had people stay in my house from all over the world. I know them all by name. I give my contact info to them, when they call i answer.....i have a maintenance guy named Fred, and he checks in all my guests. He shows our guests how our appliances work, the tv remote, the wifi, grill, pool, and many other things. Fred is retired, and lives a bike ride away. Our house is on Lenox ct, which is a short bike ride to the beach....... We have 6 bikes in working order........ Me and my daughter will get up early and go ride the bikes to the beach, and then get breakfast at the Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill, Cape coral night life and many fancy restaurants are just a few miles away (just one street behind Cape Coral pkwy is the hot spot). Something the city of Cape Coral did for this sprawling area is the Nickle Cab. Think of it as a large open air fast golf cart, .......the ride is very inexpensive, and a lot of fun!! They will take you to and from this area, mainly the Yacht Club District.
