Escape for Two with Hot Tub and BONUS Fireplace

Cute and quiet cottage on Rice Lake/Otonabee River with a wood burning fire place for 2 people! Just 10 mins to Peterborough and an hour from GTA. In the winter months we have a skating rink and an Outdoor Hot Tub in Fall, Winter and Spring (hot tub is in Sept 23 -June 1)! In the Spring Summer and Fall we have free use of kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, peddle boats and beach. Boat and seadoo rentals are available on site. In the winter we keep three cottages open (each has their own hot tub). The space Queen bed in the bedroom, full kitchen, BBQ with propane, wood burning fire place and outdoor fire pit. In the winter we have an outdoor rink, outdoor hot tub and ice fishing and in the spring summer and fall there is great fishing! The skating rink is available when weather permits! Generally Jan & Feb. Dec and Mar the weather generally is not cold enough. Also has WIFI and Satellite TV! In the winter we keep three cottages open (each has their own hot tub) In the spring, summer and fall we have 6 cottages on 6.5 acres. Please note in the winter there is a hill so cars with no 4 wheel drive are not ideal. We do not provide linens or towels so you must bring your own bedding and towels. Other things to note We are pet friendly and allow one pet to stay free of charge. If you have more than one pet please let us know. We charge $30 per additional pet. Please note we do not include linens for the beds. The beds have mattress covers, pillows and pillow protectors. There are no blankets, linens or towels provided.
