Perfectly Located Fells Point Row House

This classic Edgar Allan Poe-themed Baltimore row home is in the perfect location, in lively and safe Fells Point and only a short walk to Harbor East, Little Italy & downtown. Walk to the best Baltimore has to offer and come back to your quaint home away from home. We are also just a short drive to Hopkins Hospital and you don't have to worry about parking- we are just a 4 minute walk away from a secure parking garage which is $3 a day on weekends and weekdays after 4pm. The space We designed our place to give off a "modern Poe-style" vibe. We made it to be nice and comfortable for our guests while also trying to capture the Baltimore of a bygone era. LIVING ROOM: Our living room is equipped with one sofa, two comfy chairs and some footstools. All nice and new and cozy. The Roku TV is mounted on the wall above the fire place and between the built-in shelving. The sofa pulls out to become a comfortable sleeper sofa, and we provide sheets and blankets. DINING ROOM: Continue past the living room to our open dining area where a high top table sits six comfortably next to wood burning stove, surrounded by beautiful brick on two sides. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, all the basics and some condiments such as ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and some olive oil. We also provide coffee and filters so you can start your morning right! Groceries can be purchased at a number of nearby markets and grocery stores. Right off the kitchen is also a half bathroom on the first floor, a rare convenience in Baltimore. You will also find entry to our backyard where there are two bistro sets and a hammock to enjoy the outdoors on nicer days. THE OFFICE: Upstairs we have a space, with a desk in case you are in town to get some work done and need somewhere quiet to get some things done. It is also an open space with the possibility of adding a blow mattress for larger groups. FULL BATH: Off the office (just passed our w/d for longer stays) we have our full bath. Newly redone, we stock our bathroom with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM: At the top of the steps to the second floor we have a our first bedroom. It is spacious, contains a large amount of closet space and has a queen bed. THIRD FLOOR: Our third floor is our second bedroom, also with a queen bed. This bedroom is carpeted and has an en-suite half bath, giving the home at least a half bath on every floor. STAIRS WARNING: The steps in this house are very steep and narrow. Please be aware of this before booking. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay. Parking right on Eastern Ave can be a bit tricky depending on time of day, so we provide quick tips on parking such as parking on Bond or Bank Street, which run perpendicular and parallel to Eastern. However, you can also make use of a secure parking garage on Fleet and Eden St! Rates are extremely reasonable, maxing out a $14/day during the week and $3/day on weekends.
