The apartment is located on a gated street. It has a full and equipped kitchen, WiFi, cable with Netflix included. Full bathroom inside and in the garage there is another half bathroom. The price includes parking for 1 car inside a closed garage. An extra car can be parked outside the door of that garage. It is on the 2nd floor. You will have to go up 17 steps, and down 16 to the corresponding patio The space The space has 1 room with a king size bed and inside this room it has a twin bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Guest access Our street is gated, so we'll need you to contact us when you get to the gate. Once you are received, we will give you the control of the gate and the garage. Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Music with moderate volume is allowed until 10pm. Parties are not allowed. You are asked not to speak loudly after 10 pm. Since we live on a closed street. Only 2 cars are allowed, the second car will have to be parked at the garage door. A third car and visitors will have to park outside the street.
