We've enjoyed seeing our previous guest enjoy the charm of Downtown Dreams so much that we decided to open up Downtown Dreams Too so that others can enjoy this beautiful area for themselves and create a wonderful vacation experience. Downtown Dreams Too is approx. 800 sq ft of living space and is positioned along the bottom floor with your own private front door for ease of access and entry. The apartment is well laid out and has high 10 foot ceilings that makes this vacation getaway feel so much larger! The apartment was designed for up to four adults to enjoy comfortably. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the home with a queen size bed and in the living room the couch with a Sealy sleeper mattress also folds out into a queen size bed to accommodate up to another two guest. Enjoy all the comforts of home while away including complimentary WiFi, 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Blue Ray DVD! Your host will greet you upon arrival and make sure you have all codes to access the property and amenities. We do operate our real estate brokerage from the main building so typically someone is nearby if needed. North Hill is Florida's most extensive historical neighborhood with over 425 historical dwellings. Enjoy a bike ride or take a stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the architecture of Pensacola's finest homes. There are several parks to enjoy in North Hill and you'll be staying just one block south of Alabama Square. Downtown Dreams is located just blocks from downtown Pensacola. So walk, bike, or drive and explore the numerous activities and establishments downtown has to offer. From Farmer's Markets to Museums, Professional Baseball to the Bayfront - there's something for everyone! North hill is located just off of I-10. Walk, bike, or drive to any number of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It's all here and waiting for you to explore! Please note that the home will be supplied with basic items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo & such to get your vacation started - but it is the guest responsibility to make sure they purchase these additional items as needed.
