Vacation Village at Williamsburg for 12

This property is a townhouse at a resort called Vacation Village at Williamsburg. There are two floors at the townhouse with the two floors having nearly identical floor plan with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each. The the first floor kitchen has a full kitchen and the 2nd floor kitchen has everything except for an oven. These two floors are joined by a private staircase. It’s a great location to enjoy a week long vacation in Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, and Virginia Beach! The space This is my annual timeshare at the resort. I have both Unit A (downstairs) and Unit B (upstairs). These two unit are joined together by a private staircase and share the same exterior door. Both units have locks as well as the shared exterior door. I list my time share as Unit A (for 6 with full kitchen), Unit B (same as Unit A but without the oven), and Unit A&B (for 12). The clubhouse indoor and outdoor pools are there to help make your trip enjoyable. Other things to note Please be aware of the following: 1) You must be at least 21 years-old and a valid ID is required at check in. 2) You will be responsible for a mandatory security deposit of $200 at check-in with a credit card; this money will be released at check out upon the unit inspection by Housekeeping Supervisor. 3) There is a mandatory resort fee of $30 per week. Upon booking, guest must provide full name and address to the host in order for the host to transfer the information to Williamsburg Plantation Owner Services.
