We are located 11 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, 3 miles from Oakhurst, and 4 miles from Bass Lake on year around Creek. Perfect for those wanting a stopover on the way to Yosemite. Located on Lewis Creek at 3000' elevation offers cool summers and mild winters. Accommodations include a queen bed, a sofa that pulls out to a king, a large bathroom with a claw foot tub, a private patio with a BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen. You have full access to Lewis Creek in the backyard. The space Accommodates two very nice but can sleep four if you don't require a lot of privacy. The bedroom wall is a half wall with no door. The sofa bed takes up the entire living room when opened so will be very crowded when used. Lewis Creek is beautiful and a huge asset to this location. The creek can be enjoyed by all who stay here. Access is along the sideyard. Please Note: The refrigerator is a small bar size. Guest access The neighborhood park is also on the creek. It is a 1/2 block to the north and can be used while visiting. A wonderful place to walk your dog or just go for a hike both up and down the creek. Other things to note If you are bringing a pet, please add them to your reservation so the pet fee is included. *****IMPORTANT***** Yosemite requires reservations in the busy months. Be sure to check with the Park about their requirements. Besides Yosemite National Park, there are many areas of the Sierras to explore. Bass Lake is a very popular place to swim, boat, and fish. Sierra Sky Ranch Road will take you to many new areas to see that are much less crowded than the park
