Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment, located at “White Acres”, a private gated estate with lush gardens. Tastefully decorated by Michelle, your host, it provides an inviting environment where you can relax and experience the best of The Bahamas. Nearby are white sand beaches, fast food and local Restaurants, a Shopping Center, and the Atlantis Resort. The hosting staff can provide private Airport transfers and assist with rental cars. Request price and information. The space The guest apartment is a private two room, one-bathroom space. Upstairs is a spacious Bedroom Suite with a queen size bed, seating, chairs, desk, television and a roll-away. The bathroom is off the bedroom suite. The kitchenette is outfitted with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Downstairs is the cozy living/dining room area with a queen size sofa bed, chairs, television, dining table and chairs. There is direct access to two gazebo areas, one outside, one inside, and a large swimming pool. A pool table, ping pong table, and BBQ grill are available for your use. The sunny, tropical indoor gazebo in the main house is available for use by our guests. Our apartment cannot accommodate wheel chair guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you are free to smoke outside. Please make use of the ashtrays provided. White Acres is a classic island estate that has been the home to the White Family of The Bahamas for almost 50 years. The home is centrally located on the island of New Providence (Nassau) and has easy access to the Atlantis Resort, all of the beaches, the downtown area, and public transportation. We have a gentle, older dog “Lucky” who loves to welcome guests and is fond of children. You are free to interact with Lucky at your discretion. Guest access Guests have private access to their suite, the swimming pool area, two gazebos, BBQ grill, and generous lush, landscaped tropical grounds. During your stay Michelle is always available for any help or advice. Well known on the island for her professional work as an upscale florist, she is available to answer your questions and can let you know all the best spots for the best experience! Other things to note No parties, or events Check-in time is flexible and check out is by 11 a.m. For guests who prefer not to do their own cleaning, Maid Service is available at a cost of $50.00 per day and must be booked 24 hours in advance. The apartment accommodates up to five people maximum and only those identified on the confirmation are allowed to stay over. No visitors allowed without prior notice please! Replacement cost for missing or damaged towels - $20.00 each Replacement cost for Gate remote control - $50.00. Replacement cost for lost Keys - $25 per key. No Drugs on premises! Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the apartment.
