Brackish waterway in our backyard, 2 minute walk to private neighborhood beach with pier, tennis courts and park! Watch the sunrise/sunset on front or back porch, enjoy a stroll on the pier, put your feet in the sand, fish in backyard or the bay, fabulous dining and entertainment nearby! The space Less than 10 minutes to the beautiful white sand beaches of Gulf Islands National Seashore. 10 minutes to Lost Key Golf Club and Perdido Bay Golf Club. 20 minutes to Seville Square and Downtown destinations. 20 minutes to minor league baseball team stadium "Blue Wahoos". Short 5 minutes drive to the Naval Aviation Museum. Watch the Blue Angels practice most Tuesdays and Wednesdays from the backyard. 9 miles to the famous Flora-Bama. The neighborhood sits next door to Big Lagoon State Park with waterfront access on 80 foot pier. Family friendly neighborhood, quiet and great for relaxing. Birdwatching, and plenty of wildlife are present. Guest access Access to the entire home and 1/3 acre lot with waterway behind our house and a 2 minute walk to private neighborhood beach/pier, tennis courts and playground. Washer dryer included. Family friendly quiet neighborhood. Main bedroom closet not available due to being used as owner closet, we provided a dresser for your use instead. We do not provide beach chairs or towels, or grill there is a dollar general and walmart close by. Other things to note This is a waterfront property. Use caution. Wildlife is present, has not bothered anyone- just be cautious. Our TV is a smart tv and we have internet tv no cable(streaming/Netflix/few local channels on antenna are available with your login access available.)We have no elevators on property, stairs on front and back porches for entry to our home. If booking for a special occasion and want help with simple decorations/snacks/drinks put out before you arrive, we'd love to help you out with that- just let us know at the time of booking and we will help make it extra special for your arrival.
