Beautiful Beach House

La Salina Del Mar is a very private gated community with 24/7 security and 4 miles of sandy beach. We take special care on cleaning the house every time a guest depart. Wile the house capacity is for 20 plus sleeping guest. We allowed 10 guest for The listed price and extra $20 per guest per day, up to 18. You will see a different beautiful (SEA) sunset every single day, from the big patio under a nice canopy, surrounded by lights and warming gas and wood fire pits and direct beach exit. The space The house is situated directly in front of the ocean. A large gate opens directly from the property to give access to and from the beach. A large patio features 2 BBQ grills (gas or charcoal for your preference) and a patio set with two fire pits gas and wood. There is also a large long driveway which provides plenty of gated parking. The house is 3 floors and features 4 nicely sized bedrooms, 4 conveniently located bathrooms, and 3 fireplaces. On the first floor, we have a full-service kitchen which stores plenty of pans, plates, utensils, coffee machine, stove with a working oven and two refrigerators with freezer. The master bedroom features a fireplace, king-size bed, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The living room has comfortable sofas, satellite television, WIFI router, a fireplace, a restroom, and double doors that open out to the patio. On the second floor, we have 3 bedrooms, one full bath, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The third floor features the loft/game room. The loft can be used for additional sleeping space. It also has a pool table, satellite television, internet, bar, and 2 balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains. Guest access La Salina is a very private gated community with 24-hour security. Within the La Salina community, you will find many friendly people. Much of the community is made up of retirees from the US and other countries. La Salina Hotel and Cantina is just a short walking distance from the house. All the employees and business owners are very friendly and speak fluent English. Other things to note Per week pricing does not apply to the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.
