We have 3 cottages - this house being one, then two others able to accommodate 22 total! We have had many families enjoy family reunions, groups for golf outings, and even a wedding! Note: 7 night minimum mid-June to mid-Aug. Other times great for long weekends, longer stays, even long stays from Nov to May. Guest access The home is yours for your stay. In summer, the private dock, raft, beach, kayaks, row boat, 5 seat pedal boat, large playscape, fire pits, "Toy House" with life jackets and water toys, and propane grills at each cottage are for the use of guests staying at Phillips Point. We are a "mini" retreat, so there are two other cottages where other guests may be staying. Great way to meet others. Other things to note ☀ You need to supply your own linens - bedding & towels. However, these are available for a minimal fee. Just let the property manager know if you are interested at least 2 days before your arrival so they can be ready when you arrive. ☀ No more than 8 (with the fold-out couch) in summer and 6 staying overnight in the winter. ☀ MONTH OR LONGER stays are available at a discounted rate. Guest pays cleaning fee of $200 as well as any extraordinary charges or damages that may be incurred by guest. Stays of two months or longer will require guest to sign a rental agreement. Also, the property manager may make scheduled visits to check heating, electric elements, fire extinguisher placements, etc.
