Fontainebleau Hotel Ocean/Bayview 2 bedroom

Gorgeous 2 bedroom suite in the Fontainebleau's all luxury condo tower, the Tresor Tower. Connecting via a private foyer a 1 bedroom + Jr suite with 2 king beds, 2 full-size sofa sleepers, full kitchen, living room + 2nd kitchenette and 3 full bathrooms. Close to LIV, Hakkasan, Bleau Bar, and Scarpetta. The space Beds: The 2 bedroom suite can comfortably sleep 8 people with 2 king size beds and 2 queen sofa beds. It can sleep up to 9 guests with extra beds rented from the hotel (maximum 3). Each extra single bed is $60/ night plus tax each. Guests are entitled to all concierge services, four Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional), and all hotel amenities. Please note hotel charges NOT included in the rate: 1. Hotel transient rental fee $16.52 plus tax for each unit 2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure. DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $360 + tax (no service provided during stay). Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $175/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $360. Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee. Prices are subject to change. Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest’s responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events. Guest access The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. Other things to note HOTEL POLICY: A credit card authorization is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests. Prices are subject to change.
