Our casita can accommodate a small family or perfect for a couple. It is fully equipped and less than 1 mile to town and only a 3 min. walk to the beach. We just added a swimming pool to the property!!! Use of Kayaks are available. The Casita sits on a very large lot along with Casa Del Sol a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath villa . Parking is ample and safe!! Let us know if you are interested in our newest listing as they are not yet posted:) The space This Casita is located on a very large lot which is adjacent to our other property (Casa Fiesta-sleeps 12). We just added a comunal swimming pool. There is plenty of parking for RV's, motor bikes and equipment and boats. No addition cost for parking. Guest access Guest have access to the equipment (kayaks, beach umbrellas a d towels )located at Casa Fiesta. Please just request it through our property manager Raul or housekeeper Mari Other things to note We do have WiFi connect by using information on the router. Also please note we live in a typical Mexican neighborhood so you will experience noise that is out of my our control such as roosters, dogs, music from parties and even possibly goats. We also can’t control the weather or city wide power or water outages. Please consider these things prior to booking.
