A small bright 3 bedroom Cottage across Thorah Centennial Park in Beaverton with magnificent views of Lake Simcoe from the large deck, only 1 hour 10 minutes from Toronto and 30 Min from Orillia (Casino Rama). lake is across the road. Railroad track is very close to the cottage! Children’s playground at the park across the road. This property is not waterfront but magnificent view of lake simcoe. The space Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker; monitored security system, exterior security cameras, Propane BBQ, 2 Kayaks, board and card games, Many outdoor games: Croquet, bocce, badminton, Volleyball, Spikeball, Washer and Ring Toss, Ladder ball, Horseshoe set, Lawn Dart Set, TV, Internet, Fire bowl, Hammock. Guest access Use only the driveway that is right next to the building/cottage. The other driveway belongs to the owner of the land right behind the cottage. There are 3 locked spaces at the cottage and off limit to guests. Two locked closets in the bathroom: one houses all our well water filtration equipment and the other our furnace and security system equipment. The shed is locked and has garden and cottage maintenance equipment. Other things to note the person booking must be 25 years old.
