The house has a living room and dining room with 4 chairs. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen size bed, both have a TV with Netflix and a closet, there is a bathroom on the top floor. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Guest access The house has security bars on the windows. The main door has a security ball lock and a code lock. The main entrance has a security gate with a lock. The parking lot is for two cars. Other things to note The air conditioning works from May 1st until October 31st, only in exceptional cases where the temperature forecasts are greater than 35 degrees will the devices be turned on, upon request of the client
