We are in the heart of the district, walking distance to all the sights, flavors and sounds Ybor has to offer. Come stay with us and have walking access to some of Tampa's finest restaurants, cigar bars, live music venues, nightclubs,museums and so much more! Our loft was built in 1918 and has all the charm of a historic building but has been completely remodeled and updated for the modern traveler. The loft occupies the entire second floor of a 2 story building( no elevator) and has 4 bedrooms. Here is the set up for the bedrooms: Master - king with en suite bathroom Bedroom 2- king with en suite bathroom Bedroom 3- full size bed Bedroom 4- twin over twin day bed, queen sleeper sofa. *please note that guests staying in bedrooms 3 and 4 use the en suite bathrooms that are in bedrooms 1 and 2 Eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, keurig and regular coffee maker, dishwasher, granite counter tops and plenty of space to prepare meals with all the cooking utensils you'll need. You also have access to a full size Washer and dryer as well. You’ll be amazed at the size of the living area with it’s 12 foot ceilings, sky lights, and pool table.The living room has an L shaped leather couch and smart tv. There is also WiFi. The FAVORITE spot is the HUGE New Orleans style balcony overlooking 9th Ave- the perfect spot to gather with family and friends. Another HUGE bonus is that we have private GATED PARKING at our building that will fit 3 ( possibly more) cars, and more if you stay on the weekend. We are one of the only residences in Ybor that has private parking, no public garage or street parking to mess with! Area: Ybor is very central to everything in the Tampa area. Ybor city is like the French Quarter of Tampa. Our loft is in the heart of all the action. ** Please keep in mind that this means there is the potential for street noise. Our guests come to party! If you’re expecting a quiet, family friendly area this is probably not the best place for your group!*** A 10 minute ride on the trolley car line takes you to the Channel district and Sparkman’s Wharf, the Tampa Riverwalk and downtown, which is home to the Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Convention Center and Straz Performing Arts Center. Busch Gardens, Raymond James stadium, George Steinbrenner Field and the Hard Rock Casino are all within 10-15 minute driving distance. If you are wanting a day trip to the beach or fishing, the beautiful Fort Desoto, St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches are a 45 minute drive from the loft. And don't forget all the golf courses in Tampa too!! You let yourself into the loft. I will message you the parking lot code and back door keypad code by 2pm the day you arrive. Ybor city was founded by Cuban immigrants at the turn of the 20th century. Old cigar factories and new ones make up the backdrop and give ybor its personality. Beautiful architecture that will remind you of the French Quarter. At night, ybor is known for its nightlife. You may have potential for nightlife noise at the loft on the weekends from the music and people on the streets. The TECO trolley in Ybor City can easily get you from the loft to the Tampa Convention Center,, Amalie arena, Channelside district, and the Florida Aquarium. Uber and Lyft’s are plentiful. A rental car is a good bonus and there is parking for your cars. We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.
