The space * The property features tasteful updates, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and a fully stocked kitchen for those times when you want to cook. The famous Flipper's Restaurant is just a 5 minute walk from the building. The LR has comfy furniture with a sofa sleeper suitable for a family of four along with a new 65" flat screen TV . Enjoy the private lanai with a cafe table for breathtaking views of the gulf and bay as well as the near olympic sized pool and lounge area with ample seating. * The Master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with dresser/side tables and 56" flat screen TV. * The bath is has updated walk-in shower and large closet with ample hangers available. Also inside the closet you can find beach chairs and umbrella for your use! * Once you are heading out to either our private beach (with lounge chairs included) or nearby Lover's Key State Park be sure to check out the newly transformed lobby area with seating area and library area with free book exchange. Also in the lobby is credit card operated laundry room for you to use. It's open 24/7. *Next step onto the Dolphin Deck with stunning views of the gulf! Watch boats and dolphins play while grilling on one of the new Webber grills! *The historic FMB Times square is a trolly ride (stops nearby) or car ride away! Check your GPS to allow time if you make dinner reservations. Head the other direction to Bonita Springs for more beaches and restaurants like the historic Doc's or the new Sugar Shack for great Music! * Our property is gated and has full WiFi through out the building.
