Christy's Villas #2 is located in a residential neighborhood less than 2 MILEs east from the center of town, The Villa sits high on a bluff off the beaten track but close enough to still enjoy the beaches, clubs,(Papas & Beer) bars and restaurants. This is a entire studio apartment, kitchen, bathroom, Sleep 2-4 guests, one queen bed and a futon for additional guests , please take note ,thier is a stairs, shared and secured parking for one car. The space This is a studio apartment with kitchen, queen size bed, wood flooring , balcony were you can see the Rosarito town /Ocean and great sunset. Small cozy toilet and shower! We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 2 miles from the center of Rosarito, 5 minutes by car to the beaches, bars, clubs,( Papas & Beer) restaurants, etc. The Pavilion which is the major shopping center which houses Walmart, Home Depot, the Cinema, bars and restaurants is 10 minutes from us. Christy's Villa #2 is a studio unit that can accommodate up to 4 guests , folding mattress is available upon request, small but cozy balcony perfect place for a cup of coffee in morning. Total floor area : 600 square feet. We use reverse osmosis for our drinking water provided for each units. To enjoy your shower experience we used water softener for our water supply. Note: Please keep in mind that this unit has stairs. We have a friendly outdoor cat Nico that you see will hanging around. If you happened to close the garage door behind him don't worry he will stay around until someone open the garage again. Note: I have 3 more Villas available( 1 Studios, 2 one bedroom units) located in the same compound. Please contact me for more details. * Please also note that during warm season ants are visible, we advice to put all open food inside the refrigerator. Guest access Guests have access to Wifi, Garage,washer/dyer, iron/ironing board, and hair dyer available upon request. *Garage space parking are arrange prior to check in. *Once car per guest( unit)If you have to have another car you most likely to have park it on the street with the owner risk. *If you need additional towels, bedding or anythings please let me know as I'm just next door ready to assist and provide you on anythings you might need during your stay Other things to note You will be given a remote to the garage door so that you may come and go at your pleasure, One car is allowed to park inside the garage per each unit. Thiers a recorded survillance camera 24 hours outside property and by the garage. Note: The street in front of the compound is not pave. On rainy season will muddy.
