Welcome to our charming beach house in Punta Esmeralda, located in Nueva Altata. If you're looking for a heavenly retreat near the sea, this is the perfect place for you. The house features three beautifully decorated bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, a bathroom and air conditioning to ensure a restful night. You can use the areas with pool, hammocks, campfires, kayaks and more. The space The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a backyard with a barbecue available to guests. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and another with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, in addition they all have their private bathroom with shower, there is another bathroom on the floor below, clean bed linen, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper will be provided. Guest access In the common area you can have access to the pool, hammocks, campfires, beach, restaurants, kayak rental, and TV and games area. NOTE: To access the common areas, you need to wear the green wristbands that will be given to you upon arrival at the accommodation. Other things to note The best thing about our beach house is definitely the outdoor area. With a pool, you can cool off and relax while enjoying the beach. The common area is equipped with comfortable chairs and outdoor furniture, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a refreshing drink, delicious food or simply taking a break from the routine.
