Suzanne's Ocean View Two Bedroom Duplex

Currently on hiatus due to Covid19. Check back in December. Renovated two bedroom duplex with ocean views. Two blocks from the beach, within sight and sound of the Pacific. Recently remodeled, with tile floors, laminate in the bedrooms, and a green space. Ocean views from living room and one bedroom. Fenced area recently added for small to medium sized dogs that don’t dig. 15’x16’x3’ Pets require prior approval. Long term stays are available at lower prices. Please ask. The space As they say, "Location, Location, Location". Location and a very comfortable space. Ocean views from the open living and dining room, and from one of the two cozy bedrooms. There is nothing quite like laying in bed watching the waves break. Location and views that I can't capture it with my camera. The ocean can be heard from the entire space. Ocean to the west, mountains and trees to the east, rivers and streams all around. Gold Beach is a little slice of paradise. Full kitchen with all appliances plus a full sized washer and dryer. 55 inch flat panel in the living room and a 46 inch in one of the bedrooms. Streaming channels include: Netflix, PBS, and Hulu Live with HBO and sports. The space was completely remodeled two years ago. New kitchen and bathroom, quartz countertops, all new drywall, paint, and tile floor. The kitchen is fully stocked. there is a washer, a dryer, and an outdoor space with an ocean view. Dogs require pre-approval to make sure they are a good fit for the neighborhood. There will also be an additional $30 cleaning fee to be paid in cash during stay. Sorry but no cats. I recently added a 15‘ x 16‘ x 3‘ high fenced area for small to medium size dogs that don’t dig or jump fences. Guest access The house is located on a dead-end street with 5 homes. Seriously no traffic. There is a parking space plus additional space if needed. Other things to note Complete kitchen with new maple cabinets and quartz countertops, and a completely remodeled bathroom. Both bedrooms received a face-lift September, 2018. Paint, trim, and new laminate flooring. Guests do have to walk down a short incline to access the space. If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you. Suitable for one to four people. I'm not looking to rent to larger groups unless you've stayed with me before, in which case I can make exceptions :-) I strive to make sure that the beds are comfortable, with nice linens and comfy blankets. The living room furniture is new and the wood pieces are eclectic and old.
