The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress. The space Lovely Wine Country Bungalow with all of the amenities that is close to Paso Robles Wine Country and five minutes to downtown Atascadero. The cottage has a very comfortable and new King bed with 1000 thread count linens with your own primary bathroom. You will sleep peacefully with a top of the line mattress, and if you need extras like a sound machine, that is provided as well. The bathroom has a new shower with shower head and a large mirror over the sink. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, Nespresso machine, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and water bottles. This one-bedroom unit is apart of a two-unit duplex and shares one wall with another one-bedroom unit. The front room is very open with a three stool bar that is connected to the kitchen, and an additional dining area with another two seats. There is a love-seat couch, and a second larger chair. There is updated décor throughout the house that we know you will enjoy. For additional guests, there is a queen size air mattress with built-in pump for easy use, and of course, fresh bed linens and pillows. The backyard has a gas BBQ and full patio table that can sit six people with grass and other seating areas. The fully enclosed fenced area can be accessed from the backdoor. The fenced backyard area is perfect for small parties, bbqs, and just relaxing. The fully fenced backyard area is private for only the airbnb guests and not shared with anyone. The washer and dryer is in the basement, is coin-op (bring quarters), and there is typically soap available for guests; however if you have allergies or sensitive skin, please bring your own clothes soap. There are board games for family fun, TV with Netflix, and free WIFI. We hope you enjoy our Wine Country Bungalow as much as we have! Other things to note Atascadero is a fabulous location that is 15 minutes to San Luis Obispo and the Paso Robles Wine Country.
