The owner regularly upgrades the property--a great family rental property that is located in a quiet community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Backing up to the marsh gives you plenty of privacy, which can be a rare find at the beach. Plus, you have the advantage of Cherry Grove Beach, where you can walk to our favorite spots such as Hurricane Colinz, Duck Dive, Black Pearl, Snooky's Oceanfront, The Shack, Boulineau’s, (etc.) A FUN MINI-GOLF, ARCADE, ICE CREAM parlor, and more are conveniently within easy walking distance, and you'll be only five short blocks from the beach (8 min. walk, according to internet maps, which is 2,282 feet from the beach). The patio beneath the house has a covered grill, picnic table, and bar—protecting you from the weather and sun. Under the house is a great place for cornhole games (protected from weather & sun), and also has lighting for night games! With three master suites (king beds with new designer blackout drapes), it's an excellent choice for extended or multiple families. Includes bed and bath linens, accommodates up to 12, and has: MBR-1 King; BR2-1 King; BR3-2 Queens; BR4-2 Singles; BR5-1 King. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit the entire time. Golf carts are allowed. This is a non-smoking vacation accommodation. No pets. No motorcycles are enforced with fines by HOA. I do have a spot to store your trailer or extra cars (1 block away from the house) while staying at the house. The House has a grill. The patio beneath the house has a covered grill, picnic table, and bar (which can seat up to 14 people) so you are protected from the weather & sun. All bedrooms have balconies except for two bedrooms. This is a great house for multiple families or a family with grandparents since it has three king-bed master bedrooms (new designer blackout drapes) with a private bathroom. Wake to the sun rising (see a pic of the sun rising) over the marsh and relax on your private balcony, drink a cup of coffee, and watch the wildlife to start a perfect day. The marsh views from the private balconies of this home are a side of North Myrtle Beach that many visitors do not get to see. Nearby points of interest include an oversized grocery store, putt-putt golf & arcade (steps away), and multiple restaurants. Not to mention a store that rents golf carts on the next block if cruising in style is more your speed. The home does have an elevator to all levels & features three king-size master suites. One even includes a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. It sleeps larger groups (up to 12 people) comfortably & also has enough seating to accommodate 15 together at mealtime. Entertainment is always key to a fabulous trip to the beach and so the following are included; brand new flat screens 43” (Smart TVs) in all bedrooms, and a new 65” flat screen (smart TV) in the living room. All TVs can stream your favorite service (Disney, Netflix, Hulu ...) or just use cable. House’s internet is at 960 Mbps so plenty of bandwidth for lots of devices. The house has plenty of outside eating including a propane grill. There is a washer & clothes dryer along with internet access & cable. Home to an infinite array of delightful waterfront restaurants, boutique shopping centers, and over 100 championship golf courses, there is always something to do on a Grand Strand getaway! Towels are included for 12 with every rental. Every time the house is turned over all the linens including comforters and pillows shames are replaced with clean ones. We will give you trash bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, paper towels, soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap for all bathrooms, new sponge for the sink, but you should bring more, shampoo is not provided. Dish towels are included in the kitchen. Most of the rental companies in this area have fees for this service ranging from $450 - 750 for a house of this size. So, the $399 fee is low compared to the other rental companies. Come enjoy some time at the beach. Guest access You have access to the whole house including a private pool. Other things to note The house is located directly behind the Black Pearl Miniature golf course, arcade and ice cream shop which means fun for all! The house is also located just a short distance to the Beach. Nearby you will find many restaurants and shops. At the end of Sea Mountain Hwy you will find Boulineau‘s, where you will find all your beach wear, groceries and anything else you may need while on Vacation. The appeal of the unit and the property is that it is just a short walk to the beach down the main street in Cherry Grove, (walk is just under 1/2 mile or 2,282 feet to the beach) walking distance to Boulineaus (IGA), ice cream shops, pizza joints, The Snooky's Oceanfront and miniature golf and arcades. Just a little further up the road in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach (2 miles away) is the Ocean Drive Amusement Park and Pavilion! It is the only oceanfront amusement in the Myrtle Beach it is very retro and feels like you have gone back in time to the 60s and not to forget the many Shag clubs playing 50s beach music and an ice cold beer!
