T1 "FILAOS" furnished, kitchenette, washing machine, air conditioning... not shared (see amenities) in Villa located in the West, quiet area where life is good, with a great view of the mountain, between the beaches of the West, St-Gilles 20 min, and St-Denis, the capital of the island (about 15 to 20 min). For you, we have combined taste and comfort. The space Close to all amenities, doctors, pharmacies, clinics and among others J. D'Arc (in vitro fertilization), theaters, school of fine arts, school of architecture, maritime school, flea market, seaport, marina, deep sea fishing, diving club, seaside health course. Close to the start of beautiful hikes to the Cirque de Mafate, the Chemin des Anglais, and why not a 4/4 outing in the bed of the Rivière des Galets, or visit the small village of Dos-d'Ane. You can relax after work or walks in the garden, and also enjoy the swimming pool shared only with us (heated in winter). Air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and private adjoining toilet, are separated by a partition, and are not shared. For lovers of wood-fired cooking, the outdoor summer kitchen (shared) is at your disposal. Separate entrance. We offer you a warm welcome. We have a 2nd T1, LE VANILLIER "ILE" & an independent F2 "TAMARIN DES HAUTS" on the ground floor with a small courtyard, at the Port that you could visit & rent.
