Similar to other cottages on the beach, the minimum rental on season is one week in the high season - search Sat-Sat for available weeks. The beach is right in front of you. There are two units on the property side-by-side with separate living spaces. The rental is great for families and most renters have been coming for decades. The space Direct oceanfront on private Moody Beach! Unit #1 is located on the left side of the building when standing in the parking lot. This is one of two units on the property. Unit #1 offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The 4th bedroom, kitchen, dinning table, living room and 2nd full bathroom are located on the 1st floor. Walk out the back door to your yard, patio with seating and then directly onto Moody Beach! Getting your feet in the sand has never been so easy. This location not only allows for private beach access but is just minutes to drive to the local grocery store, and restaurants and shops in either Ogunquit or Wells! You get the best of both worlds and get to experience two of Maines most traveled to beach towns. Linens and towels are included. Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Prior approval for dogs MUST BE GIVEN with a pet fee. Dogs must be leashed on the beach at all times. Maximum of 4 parking spots for Unit #1. Please do not park in Washer and Dryer units are shared with Unit and are located outside under the deck. We don't guarantee that disposable items will be there like paper towels and soaps, so it is best to bring your own.
