If you are looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay at an affordable price, this is your place! contact me if any questions or read in full below, (check out my other property by clicking on my profile pic) The space This house is ideal for a small family or a group of up to 7 people, 2bdrm/1 bath, 1 king bed in the first bedroom and 1 queen bed and twin bunk in the second bedroom, the kitchen has all the basic utencils for a meal, gas stove, gas over, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffe maker, cups, plates etc. the house is completely fenced so you get total privacy, the house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is away from crowds and yet is just 10-12 minutes avarage drive from the malecon, old port, beach, hotel zone and main tourist attractions! The house has WIFI, A/C, amazon prime, a back yard and much more. great option for first timers, regular visitors, desntist apoinments, work, a great alternative to the typical tourist hotel experience especially if you want to save on your budget, an alternative to extend your stay in town or an early arrival option before your resort destination. you have total privacy as the house is completely fenced, there are other houses on both sides and accross the street. NOTE: We want our guests to have the peace of mind that we understand the importance of staying in a properly sanitized place during this times, cleaning has always been one of our main priorities for our guests, that has never changed, but in these times we have doubled our effort to Provide a clean and sanitized place to stay for each of our guests.
