Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, 2 parking spaces, dock (end of May-beginning of October), floating raft- no diving! (same), 2 kayaks available year round as weather permits, and lake. You are welcome to bring your own boat/jetski's. There is access at: Public boat launch. Guests do not have access to our personal boat/jet ski's. Other things to note **The cleaning fee you pay is for cleaning and sanitizing the cottage between guests. We wash comforters after each guest. We ask that you are respectful of our cottage and the only check out cleaning we ask is for our guests to wash up and put away their dirty dishes. You can take the trash out if you want, but it is not necessary. Our cleaning team will take care of everything! **Late check ins after 8pm must be requested in advance** The cottage has well water which is safe to drink but if you prefer bring your own water for drinking and/or cooking. We do have filtered water available for you to use. We do provide a starter amount of firewood. You may want to bring water shoes in the summer months!! There is NO SMOKING (of any kind) inside the cottage. The speed limit on our street is 10MPH. Please obey the speed limit. We have neighbors on each side of us and we ask that you be respectful with regards to noise level, appropriate language etc. We are a family lake atmosphere, our cottage is not for parties. Our cottage is on a lake and therefore sometimes you will run across some damp conditions. Our basement bedroom does get musty smelling at times. We do everything we can to keep the space as clean as possible, but sometimes living on a lake means musty basements. If you choose to use our kayaks you choose to do so at your own risk. We have personal items on our property that are not to be touched, such as our pontoon boat and jet ski's. They are our personal property and are strictly prohibited for our guests.
