Between the Beaches

This newly built shingle style beach house is designed and styled to accommodate a family or group of friends traveling together. Cool neutral colors with casual comfortable furniture join to create a welcoming space that encourages getting to know each other again. With two separate living areas the house easily accommodates two families traveling together or several couples or any number of varieties of traveling companions. The space The house was designed and built to accommodate vacationers. Boasting 2 full living and kitchen spaces on two levels with a large deck off of the second floor living room, it is the ideal space for families or friends to gather and spend time together, or have some space apart! The first level has 2 bedrooms, a California King. The front bedroom on the main level offers a full size bed and a twin daybed with generous closet and storage space. Gather around the large dining table or perch at the kitchen island in the open floor plan culminating in a TV/sitting room at the front of the house. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms; The front bedroom on the second floor offers a full sized bed and a single day bed with an additional trundle bed. Plenty of linens and blankets available to make up the third bed when needed. The upstairs back bedroom is a Queen sized bed with great closet space. All the bedrooms have room darkening shades for lazy slow wakeups. This is the second floor kitchenette area. There's a small beverage fridge and a sink with a dining table that seats four in the second floor kitchenette area, adjoining a cozy lounge space opening to the second floor deck. Each level has a large, airy and light filled full bath and the a washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. Each kitchen has a keurig coffee maker with kcups and there are two drip brew coffee makers if that's your preference. Ground coffee, creamers and sweeteners are provided to get you started. There is a grill in the backyard and beach chairs, toys and a cooler under the front deck for your trips to the beach. You can store your own bikes and gear there as well. Guest access You'll have the entire place to yourself. Bring your groceries or make little trips to farm stands for corn and fresh seafood. Grill or cook in the kitchen, or just buy lots of snacks and laze the day away. There are miles of walking, biking and running trails just outside your door, or take advantage of Newport's wonderful restaurant scene with it's multitude of world class restaurants. Other things to note There is no remote for the gas fireplace on the 2nd level. This is intentional due to a cross signal with the neighbor which was causing our fireplace to light. There is a switch on the wall to light it.
