Please note, upstairs "loft" living room functions as third bedroom space too. Condo also includes a bonus room/office. Outdoors, enjoy the spacious patio with BBQ grill and table as well as an upstairs balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the pool. Guest access Heated community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Literally just steps from your patio! Plenty of beach towels provided. Other things to note Beacon Pointe is a quiet, family-friendly condo complex. Please respect quiet hours (10pm - 8am) for the enjoyment of all guests. Guests must notify us in advance of any service animals. Owner reserves the right to ask what work or tasks the service animal has been trained to perform. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and Michigan state law.
