Your private retreat just minutes away from everything Aggieland has to offer. Beautifully decorated, charming one-bedroom guesthouse with a luxurious bath and well-stocked kitchenette includes everything you need for the perfect get-away. The space Enjoy a cocktail or your morning coffee on the spacious porch and bring your well-behaved four-legged friends along to enjoy the private fenced yard and enclosed porch. Bike to campus, Northgate, and restaurants with the bicycles provided. Bedroom features a queen bed with cozy linens, a flat-screen smart TV with Suddenlink cable and WiFi, a comfy loveseat, and a dining nook. A dutch-door allows you to enjoy the porch and yard. The kitchenette features a sink, oven, four-burner stove, microwave, and Smeg refrigerator. You will feel like you are in your own private spa in the luxurious bathroom with a large shower, claw-foot tub, double sink vanity, private toilet, full-length mirror, and stackable washer and dryer. Close to Chicken Oil Co., Carney’s Pub, Northgate, and Texas A&M. We are very pet friendly, but please be sure to include your pets in you reservation! There is a one-time pet fee of $50. Guest access You will enter your private guest house through a gate on the right side of the main residence. This privately fenced side yard is yours to enjoy. The entire guest house, covered porch, and side yard are exclusively yours to enjoy. There are no shared spaces. Make yourself at home. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before arrival and the keyless entry code will be sent as soon as the guest house is clean and ready for your arrival. Other things to note *Our Guest House has a lovely porch perfect for entertaining. Feel free to entertain small groups, but please be mindful of other guests. *This Guest House shares a common wall with another Guest House. There is a solid wood door with a double deadbolt lock between the two Guest Houses for safety. Sound carries though the shared wall, so quiet hours are requested of all guests and residents of both properties. * The central HVAC system is shared by all three Guest Houses, so there is no access to the thermostat. The host controls the thermostat remotely. There are temperature sensors in each Guest House, and the host is happy to adjust the temperature to your comfort level at any time during your stay. Temperature is usually maintained between 68-72 degrees. However, this Guest House is in a historic home, which lends to its charm. This also means it is not very energy efficient. If the temperature is very high outside during the hottest part of the summer, it may be difficult at times for the AC to keep up with demand. There is an additional window AC unit, a ceiling fan and a floor fan to help keep you cool.
