Stay south of the city, without the usual noise of cars or bustle in a gated community; and with a nice view on one of the sides of Cerro de la Silla. The room has a key lock, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, a desk, a double bed and your own closet. For your ease, the house is located near main avenues such as Garza Sada, Lázaro Cárdenas and the Carretera Nacional, so you can easily move through the city. The space We make a lot of effort to keep the place comfortable and clean, so you can have a nice stay. We also keep making improvements to have a pleasant place to stay in. In addition, thanks to the reservations, we managed to plant two trees and install solar panels in our home. Near the house you can find parks, so you can go for a walk and also see some city mountains. There are parking spaces available around the house, in case you visit us by car. For hygiene, before each reserve, we clean the room (sweep, mop, and change the garbage bag), and wash the bedding (pillowcases, sheets, duvet, and blanket). For reserves longer than 10 days, if you like and free of charge, we clean the room once a week, and we wash the bedding (during the weekend). Guest access ✓ Kitchen: you can use the stove, microwave and, if you need it, a space in the refrigerator. ✓ Dinning room. ✓ Living room with a TV. ✓ Bathroom: with lock, where you will have your towel, hot water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. In some cases, it can be shared with other guests from a second room that we have. In any case, Elsa and I are checking it as much as we can to keep it clean. During your stay We will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Our main interest is that you can have a nice time. Other things to note To improve your stay: ✓ You can use our washer and dryer for $100 MXN / $6 USD per load [including washing and drying, so you don't have wet clothes in the room]. As an alternative, there is a dry cleaning and laundry near the house. ✓ For greater safety, the use of hair straighteners or any product that may cause burns is limited inside the bathroom. ✓ This room is up for two adult guests. ✓ In the vast majority of reservations we have the possibility to greet guests personally, but, in an extraordinary case that is not possible, we have a lockbox where we will place the keys.
