We are Suite Style Community in Plattsburgh, New York that offers so much for so little. SUITE STYLE LIVING: We offer a private Bedroom and a private Bathroom and a shared Kitchen-/Dining-Area. The Room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk and chair and a mini fridge. We provide bed-sheets, Pillow/Blanket and Towels and kitchen utensils. Utilities: Heat, Water, Electricity, Cable-TV, WiFi, Off Street Parking, Fitness Center (7 am to 11 pm), free Coffee/Tea (Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5 pm). The space The Village offers suite style living with 4 buildings around a community gazebo that offers grills and picnic tables for your leisure. We offer video surveillance in the community and plenty of off street parking. Guest access Our guests enjoy access to our community gazebo, picnic tables, BBQ grills, fitness center, business center, coffee kiosk and coin operated Laundromat from the hours of 7 am to 11 pm daily. During your stay Our PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT staff is on duty to assist you 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. There is a emergency phone number for weekends or over night.
