Bathrooms are well appointed with all the comforts of home. Guest access The entire home and outdoor space if yours to enjoy! Other things to note THIS IS A RURAL AREA. This is an ideal space to disconnect and enjoy family and nature. There are a few local restaurants and shops within 20 minutes drive, however, there are limited opportunities for other entertainment. If that is what you are seeking, this property may not be for you. Also, please note that nature's elements are beyond our control. The Bay's waters are home to sea creatures of all kinds including fish, crabs and sea nettles. We cannot control their presence. The beach is wild and undisturbed. No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Due to family being allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to the host’s family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a cleaning fee will be imposed. In regard to service animals: We are aware of the value of service animals as well as the Airbnb service animal policy. However, this property is my family’s primary living space when not hosting guests, and members of the family suffer from pet allergies. Because of this, we can only allow animals that are minimally shedding to guarantee the family’s health.
