The number of people allowed to enter and leave the property is up to 8, who are provided with a list with the names of the guests so that they can be let into the subdivision. It is for the safety of you, the house and the subdivision. Water is scarce and is only supplied two days a week. It is enough for the number of people allowed on the property, but it is important to take care of it!!! The water pressure is low. Please understand that it is a country house with limitations, which we have been improving according to the needs of the guests. The house has air conditioning only for the living room, it has ceiling and movable fans, the house is cool but in summer you can feel the nice warmth. Forewarned is forearmed.
