The kitchen has a stove, oven, a full refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with jets and a shower. The second floor is a sleeping loft. The beautiful and unique room with original exposed birch tree beams includes a queen bed and two single beds as well as plenty of room for cots/air mattresses for extra people. The home also includes one twin bed air mattress and two extra twin bed mattresses that can be used for extra sleeping space. Upstairs is accessed by a staircase with no separate door. It has full windows and plenty of standing room. There are many puzzles as well as indoor and outdoor games. While cell phone service is sometimes unreliable there is strong wifi and a landline for emergencies. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and yard. It is self check in and check out. Other things to note Grafton is a historic town which includes an inn, stores, and other amenities. There is a cross-country ski/mountain bike area with groomed trails and rentals. The house is also close to the picturesque town of Chester which has stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Okemo resort is a short drive away. This resort has a large ski area in the winter and golf, mountain biking, and other outdoor sports in the summer. There is easy access close by to hiking, swimming, biking, and other activities. The Manchester outlet malls are within easy driving distance.
